calibration tacx vortex

my Tacx Vortex I tighten everything and it tells me that it is calibrated I loosen everything and it tells me that it is calibrated, what can I do

I wish I could help. I’m having very similar issues, however, mine will say “failed “ but never shows me the calibration graph so I can get it calibrated correctly. I’ve had a ticket with Garmin for a month. Sent them videos of the process and they haven’t offered any solutions. So frustrating. Big question is do you see the calibration graph when calibrating?? Wishing I had spent a little more money and bought something else.

Same with mine, and no graph shown. I think they screwed up the firmware and abandoned it.

They definitely abandoned it. I had a ticket with Garmin but absolutely nothing got done. I gave that trainer away. Wish I had some positive experience to pass on to you.
