Hello all. Here's my problem. Have a brand new Vortex (very few hours). Green light flashes as it should. Iphone recognizes it through bluetooth as well as windows computer. First question: can calibration be done using computer? I cant seem to find any way. But with the Iphone, it allows me to "calibrate" but I can't figure out how to see the color graph that shows which way to adjust the tension knob. If I tighten or loosen it just says "calibration error". I'm just not seeing the graph page. Thanks in advance.
