Tacx Vortex error E021

When I switch on the steering wheel display, after a few seconds I get the error code E021.

Anybody knows how to solve this?

Judging by the support answer, such an error means:

Steering computer connected to a brake but they are not paired. So can you reconnect the brake to the headunit.

Probably, such an error appears if Vortex was previously used not with an interface, but with a tablet, for example.

Press OK and hold down the Right and Left arrow keys together for a few seconds until the screen changes to the firmware version screen.
Press the right key three times until the serial number of the brake is displayed. Press the Up key once to start the search for the brake. Once the brake has connected to the interface the interface can be restarted.

Omg, thank you so much <3. Sorry… I have another question. I have an usb-stick (ant+) but i can’t figure out how I can make it work with the vortex t1961 or is it not possible ?

ANT+ USB stick is required to connect the trainer to the computer. For example, when using the TTS4 program:
