Hi,
All of a sudden during a Zwift ride a strange noise appeared from inside my Tacx Neo. I thought it was the ball bearing or something so I ordered the extractor tool to remove the disc but found that one of the magnets were broken in half. Are spare magnets available somewhere and are they replaceable?
