Smart scale is not so smart after all!

Garmin should refund the money for this stupid & unreliable scale. I lost all my data for the past year, scale won’t connect to Garmin connect plus so many other issues. Garmin obviously is not listening to consumers, so why bother buying their products! Before releasing new products and expect consumers to buy it, fix existing ones that we paid top money for with no value in return.

You shouldn't lose any data. It's in the cloud, assuming you've been syncing data. Did you possibly login to Garmin Connect with a different Garmin account rather than an already existing account?

My Garmin account never been changed, I have been syncing data for the past years. Recently, smart scale stopped uploading to G connect, instead I have to open GC > Health stats>weight and save the current weight reading. Using this method meant no other info transmitted such as fat % etc.. I tried everything and the scale is connected to the same wifi as past years.

Sorry I misunderstood then what you meant by "I lost all my data for the past year." You do have data, just not anything from the scale recently. I'd suggest contacting Garmin Support to see what they can do for you. Depending on your location and time-of-day, you can chat, call, or email.
