My Garmin smart scale no longer connects to Garmin Connect. I have had the scale for a few years and it worked fine until 4 weeks ago.
it does connect to my home WiFi network (I have verified that with my WiFi admin system) but the scale does not show that the WiFi connection is successful and it does not load to Garmin Connect.
I have reset (successfully) the WiFi connection on the scale but still experience the same problem.
Any suggestions?
