Dear,
I am 186 cm tall and Garmin Index Smart Scale says that I have 6,1 kg bone mass.
This is not possible I assume ?
Is the scale wrong and what can be done to have a correct reading ?
Yes. I did it with bare feet.
Kind Regards

Bones weigh a lot less than most people would think.
A quick Google search shows that skeletal mass is around 2.5-3.5kg in a typical adult male. Bone marrow adds another roughly 2-3kg. So 4.9 kg and 6.1 kg for total bone mass both sound pretty reasonable.
