If i a) see that the last bugfixes, there is no other word for 3.00 software, are over a year old and the good old wireless problem still persists and
b) the scale gets big discounts on Amazon (for example) now, i think Garmin discontinued the Index Smart Scale.
I think they now clean their warehouses and leave the fields burned.
I bought my Index because i was in the market for a new smart watch and thought it would be an improvement to my years old Withings. But it was an expensive step backwards. I now will return it because i don't like buying leftovers wich are not working and where no help will be seen.
For fun i called the support, he only read the manual for me. The wireless problem (little x in the upper right corner) is "only on page 2, so it is not that important). I believe thinks like: "I cut myself on the package into my finger", "How can i remove stuck batteries from my nose" or "The glas plate is cold when i step on it in the morning" are more important than the inability to sync with Garmin Connect.
