Can't pair the Index to the second mobile device

I sent successfully an invite to my wife's account.
When I opened the Garmin mobile app I did see the invite and this message:
"This Garmin device is registered to your Garmin cannot account, but has not been paired to your IOS device"
When I click on add this device, it's just searching for a device without success:
"device not found:

What should I do?

Please assist.

    I had the same problem and contacted garmin support.
    Solution was easy.
    Remove batteries, insert again.
    Now start by pairing your phone and smart index via bluetooth and next setup garmin scale by wifi.
    Thats it
