some how my index smart start to off set, it will show 0.1~0.2kg even if nothing there, it say it will auto recalibrate, but is that a manual way to recalibrate?
Does the scale show a non-zero number when it’s sitting still on a hard, level floor? It’s normal for there to be fluctuations in the readings when the scale is being moved.

The scale should always tare itself automatically.
If it does not, and it always shows anything else than 0,0 each time it turns on and there is no load on a level, hard floor, there is something wrong with it.
Try it on other floors and check, that all 4 feet are clean and not blocked (e.g by hairs or dust-balls).
Still not 0,0? => Return it.
