Not recognizing user

So I recently moved to a new house and during the move the scale apparently have different items placed on it. It has several times recognized me as being only 30 lbs, due to whatever was placed on it. I have gone into app and deleted all the incorrect weights associated with my profile, but every time I step on the scale now it won't recognize me. Any advice on how to reconnect myself to my scale profile?

Thanks....

    Suggestion 1.
I suspect / assuming the Personal details about you in Connect do not match the Personal details that the scales hold for you.
Somehow my wife's data contaminated mine and whilst I edited my weight - so it knew who I was - it still worked out BMI and so forth based on her data. (Was weird).

I did a factory reset - press the button on the bottom of the scales for 5 seconds, go through the add device routine.

That said (for me) I have yet to have any user details pushed over wifi and Connect mobile is a no go. Garmin Express using my usb Ant+ will add a new owner however. (And it lost the guest when my wife added a new device and I have yet to get them back in.)

Depending on your experience you may not want to go down this route, so:

    Suggestion 2.
If it thinks you are "30lbs" maybe you could load up the scales with 35lbs say. Books, tins of food - whatever. And - maybe - this might fool the scales into thinking you are 35lbs. And then repeat with 40lbs and so on. This should work if it remembers your last weight - clearly it is not getting it from Connect. Will it di more than one "internal weight update" a day though?
