What effect does this have on other metrics? I noticed with the release of 2.7 my Body Fat % dropped significantly (and definitely incorrect). I read in another thread someone changed their activity class and it then gave a different reading. That then makes me curious as to what all effects this setting has.
GC had me set as an 8 but I changed it to a 0. My BF% was previously reading 7% and after my change it then reads 13%.
