Index scale missing user

My Garmin Index Scale is handling two users, and it's been working fine.
Today my girlfriend complained there is only my name on the display, hers has dissiperad? :confused:
My own is still working fine.

The product about 2 months old and working fine.

Any suggestions why?

    I have the same problem with 3 additional users.  Removing them and re-adding them solves the problem for a day, then it loses them again.

    Can't help but just adding that I am having exactly the same problem too.

    same here. missing the rest of my family.

    It get's weirder by the day. Set up my wife as primary user. It recognized me and my son on the first day. the 2nd and 3rd day only my wife. the 4th day it recognized me again but not my son and today, the 5th day it only recognizes my wife again - WTF?

    Thanks for doing this.  My suspicion is that it's related to the scales always saying they need to be upgraded.  I suspect the upgrade is applied each day, wiping out the current settings.

    I will add to this. My main account remains on the scales but the second user keeps dropping off. I have to keen changing the initials so that it re-syncs. It has only started in the last months fine for the last couple of years to be honest.

    Same situation for me.  Two users, with me as owner.  Second user disappears.  Shows up again briefly if we update the other user’s profile on Garmin Connect and re-sync, only to disappear again the next day.

    It’s playing havoc with my performance stats like FTP and VO2Max, not to mention frustrating for the other user too.

    Same for me, my user is gone. Only displays ? and does not upload, just turns off. My son went on it, 2 years old, and suddenly my name came up when his obviously lower weight was registered. I see there was a new firmware released couple of days day, suspect that there is a connection...
