Upload Failure

For the past several days my Index scale has been working like a champ between my wife and my account. However, this morning we are now presented with what we are assuming is the upload failure X on the scale. Is anyone else seeing this issue popping up today or is it just us?

My scale was setup via WPS (WIFI) which I really wish I could just get into the guts and just put my password in there, but I understand why they coded it that way (easier for the average consumer). Its tied to my wife and my Connect accounts (separate obviously) and to date has worked like a champ.

    Do you have a connection between myfitnesspal and garmin connect? If you do (or arn't sure) - launch the myfitnesspal app and go to the "Apps and Devices" section. Remove the link to Garmin Connect.

    What was happening for me was myfitnesspal was the "source" for weight data, so the Index scale couldn't connect to my Garmin Connect profile (the "X" means cannot sync with Garmin Connect profile).

    Now I'm not happy about having this connection broken - but at least I am making progress. Hope this helps!
