Why are my indoor swimming distances not included in my intensity/activity minutes?

Which watch do you have? The Garmin Swim does not have the intensity minutes capablitiy at all, and many more recent watches do not support intensity minutes for swimming due to lack of live hr data in swimming modes.

if its swim2, then the cause is SW 2.60. You can install beta 2.61 to overcome this issue.
