My Forerunner 935 is counting swim laps incorrectly. I swam 500 yds and my watch said 675yds.

My 935 is counting swim laps incorrectly. I swam 500 yds and my watch said 675yds. The watch is up to date on software updates. The pool setting is correct for the size of the pool. Any idea how to fix this?

Can you see on the app/web side the time per lap breakdown?

Often times a turn around is not identified correctly and then the distance would be off. You can identify this by looking at the times per lap , you will likely notice a few where the time for a specific lap is longer that one lap should take...that would indicate that it didn't identify the turn correctly. This happens every now and gain during a session for me.
