Today during a race following a path that I had loaded towards the end on the watch the blue triangle appeared .... obviously I stopped and after a while the watch recovered. At the end I was able to save and transfer the training but I saw that it did not save the Training status, the Vo Max. The update of the recovery times (as if I had not run).
I also tried to synchronize from PC with Garmin Connect but did not recover this info.
I was wondering a couple of things:
Is it possible to somehow recover this data?
Since this is not the first time this has happened to me on a preloaded route, is there any way to keep the watch from crashing?
