My forerunner 935 has enter into test mode and I dont know how to get back to normal

Maybe just by pressing pwer/light button until device powers off?

it did not work but I did solve the problem by presing all bottons at the same time for 15 second. Now the problem is that the start/stop botton does not work and I cant access to any activity. Could you help me please
