My FR935 has crashed during an activity, I was following the navigation based on a previous activity, but after one hour the screen became frozen and the watch was unresponsive (stuck with the map screen).
I tried soft reset but the watch got stuck on the triangle screen and then I had no choice but to proceed with a hard reset. Not even connecting the watch to my laptop was giving any results.
Once I did the factory reset I could connect the watch to my laptop successfully again.
I used a file recovery software with the hope of recovering the previous state without having to re-enter all the settings, screens, saved courses, locations etc. But unfortunately copying the restored files into the device didn't bring any result.
I'd like to recover the file of the activity that I was doing yesterday while the watch had crashed, but if I go to SUMMARY folder I find only activities in the last month, excluding yesterday, and in the NEWFILES folder I cannot find any activity. Does anybody know where the current activity FIT file is cached during the activity?
