Heart Rate inaccurate when battery is under 20%

Hey there!

Lately I've noticed that when battery on my Forerunner 935 is under 20% the heart rate reported by both the wrist sensor or an external chest strap (Garmin HRM-Dual) is way, waaay off. Like, I physically am 150+ bpm but the watch is reading around 80-90. This happens with both the wrist sensor and the chest strap.

Is there some sort of battery saving mode somewhere that I am missing that might be causing this? After charging the watch it all goes back to normal as expected.

Thanks in advance!

  • Low Battery could make the Leds less Bright.

Looks Like a Bug. Specially with the HRM

(HRM only works in activity.) The Watch Gets the Data Byte from the HRM over Ant + So it should display the HRM Byte Correctly even if the Battery is Low.

How is the Battery in your HRM ?
