Could someone describe when and what buttons to push for the Cadence drills in the Jeff G. Garmin Coach Run/walk 5K?

I've figured out part of this, but I am still not sure about which buttons to push when in order to do these workouts properly. 

Down - to open Garmin Coach widget

If not on today, scroll to find workout

Click start/stop on "do workout"

Scroll to select type of workout

Click start/stop on "run"

Message - "Using run"

Message - "start the timer to being workout."

Click on down button

Warmup time message

Click on start/stop

Here's where I get confused.

The warmup ends and I have to press a button to start the run. 

Do I need to press more than one button at this point to get to the screen that show me the cadence target area?  

Do I need to press any more buttons during the workout or do I just let the program continue until the end? Sometimes I get a message about my workout before I've finished the cooldown. 

If I accidentally stop cadence drill before it is done, is there a way to restart it? Sometimes I think I need to hit start but I am stopping it because it does not really need to be started at that point.
