Does anyone know if you can set up workouts to start run reps on the same timeframe that would balance the recovery time? i.e. If I wanted to run 100m and start each rep every 45 seconds, can I set the run segment to 100m, and have the recovery segment automatically balance so I start the next rep 45 seconds after I started the last one?
If I run the first two in 20 seconds, then the recovery would ideally auto-calculate to 25 seconds. If I ran the next rep in 22 seconds, the recovery rep would auto-calculate to 23 seconds. If I ran the next rep in 21 seconds, then the recovery would auto-calculate to 24 seconds etc.
I’ve currently set the workout up to just have run repeat segments with a 45 second duration, but it doesn’t account for recovery. Is this something I can do, or am I asking too much from the workout setup?
