Watch crashing when using workouts

Updated to v20 last week (I think Thursday). No GPS issues or other things that have been reported, but when attempting to do a cardio workout which I built on GC, the watch crashes and restarts. Tried deleting the workout from the watch and re-sync, same thing. Even tried one of Garmin's workouts, no joy...same crash. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

    Each time I use workouts that I built on Garmin Connect, the watch crashes. Then the green reboot triangle comes up but the watch will not reboot; connecting to cable & PC doesn't help. Last time this happened it took a day for the watch to come back to life. It happened again today and my watch is still on green triangle, no matter what I do.

    I have had the same problem for years over various software versions. Despite two replacement watches from Garmin for this problem and altitude/floor count problems it still happens. One thing I have found is if I disconnect my watch from my phone during a workout it seems to happen far less frequently.
