My training load was high until Saturday (easy effort) and yesterday (Sunday) I did an intense half ironman - does not make sense for training load to go down
This is not my first multi-sport activity but I never bothered checking before - However it always felt strange getting Training Status Peaking after a race and yesterday I got the same message
If I go in the individual sessions, the HR for the swim is odd. For the bike, looks good and there is a graph for performance condition. In the run there is a flat performance condition but HR is fine.
