Hi there,

I purchased my 935 last November and it has been running flawlessly until this last week. Typically the battery has been incredible and I've got almost 20 hours from a couple of big events. And on a typical training week I only need to charge it once a week. Then all of a sudden last week I woke up and it was dead 3 days after charge and no workouts during the period. I plugged it in and I only got a blue triangle. I left it plugged in for the better part of a day and it never recharged (but was very warm). I tried again multiple times while cleaning all the contacts with a swab and a light amount of alcohol and still no charge. I went to forums multiple times looking for solutions and finally on one try a soft reset (Hold the light button for 15 seconds) while plugged in worked and it charged. But the screen was very dark and the light would not work and HRM would not work. I went through all setting and light was set to 80% for all activities and non-activities and HRM was on. I toggled the settings to off/on and still no light. I went after HRM issue with on/off for feature and still no success. I went for a 2-hour ride with the unit at 100% and it died 90 minutes in and has never come back. No combination of button presses for soft reset or hard reset would bring it back to life. The screen stays black and unresponsive. I, of course, try all the button combinations while it is plugged in as well as after couple hours of charging with still no luck. Changed the USB Brick multiple times and have tried different outlets and not even the triangle will show up. Do you think this Garmin is Bricked? I have no other conclusion. I purchased through Amazon - Would I need to contact them for a return or do I need to go through Garmin channels (No extended warranty purchased)? Any help would be appreciated.
