PacePro for everybody

Hello, I know this topic has already been opened in the forum but I would like more visibility for my request. If Garmin doesn't update FR935 with PacePro maybe a good developper, like , can do it for us. I am thinking about the great datafield "Peter's (Hi Vis) Pacer", see :

It would be great if we could set, from Garmin Connect, distance and pace for each interval (see attached file) in a datafield or app to know the pace during the race !

Of course that b e nice but i really hope that's something could include in one FW update.

I assume they want to sell their new watch or push current 935 to buy new products and we have to wait.

  • Hi there, you can always use my "Race Pacer - Advanced" IQ Data Field i've been supporting this for years.. It provides a lot of what PacePro does, in fact very similar, although there's is a bit jazzier! Mine's basically a "gradient adjusted race pacer with -ve/+ve split specification".

    With mine you can:

    - Set target distance and required target time

    - Set "pacer" "split" pace, eg. -ve split etc...

    - Pacing is "gradient adjusted", and is even more accurate if you input the rough amount of "climbing" you will be doing, although that's optional.

    - You can also adjust the gradient effectiveness of your running

    I hope that helps,

    Cheers
