920XT with OH1+

Hi,

I have an old 920XT and got a new arm HR Polar OH1+ with ANT+ support. And yet I cannot seem to get it to work with the 920XT although I know it's working because I can connect to it using the Polar Beat mobile software. I search in the 920XT for Heart Rate sensors but it finds nothing although the OH1+ is connected and less than 10cms away.

Any suggestions on how to get it paired or why they could be incompatible?

restart your fr920xt by long pressing the power button until the screen goes dark

turn the fr920xt back on

not a OH1+, but just checked with an updated OH1 and it was found by the FR920XT

perhaps

turn off other connections like phone Polar Beat and try again ?

sync the OH1+ and check for an update from Polar ?

Make sure ANT+ is enabled in the Polar app.

Interesting, it connects to my Edge810 but not the 920XT but then again I just noticed that the 920XT doesn't seem to recognize any of my other HR sensors (HR Swim and HR Tri).

Restarting might have worked but I am not sure. Marking as answer in any case.

I have the same problem, my 920XT won't sync with my oh1. It had worked before but here lately i wouldn't get a heart beat showing on my watch, it would skip off and on. It got to the point that if I ran 2 hours it may work for about half the time. I "unsynced" the oh1 now I can't get it to sync back on. I keep getting "Wear HR monitor to connect" HELP

is the OH1 on the latest firmware ?

check ANT+, BLE settings with polar flow app
