OWS only recorded 1/2 of the distance in Multisport (triathlon)mode. How do I fix this?

I did the HIM Chattanooga this past weekend and my 935 only recorded 535 yds of the 1320ish that the swim distance was (it was shortened due to the current). I have had some issues with it recording in OWSs consistently but it seemed to have fixed itself. No area to warm up so you had to hit the start button and jump into cold water. Help is there a solution

First, please post a link to the activity or better yet, attach the original fit file. Maybe someone can have a look at it and try fix it.

And second, did you change the swimming style after the first…

And second, did you change the swimming style after the first 535 yards? OWS doesn't work when swimming breaststroke.
