Workouts won't sync to 935

Anyone else finding that they can no longer send workouts to their 935? Android user

    Yep I’m having the same issues. iOS
    bloody frustrating
  • For me it works - I use workout calendar, have no issues with syncing. Just today re-sent my week to the watch, works ok. FW11.

    There were issues with single workouts with "strength" type - looks like some exercise types are unsyncronized between watch and online (such as cardio) - I simply use "other" workouts and "strength" training type

    I have the same situation and it is the second time that it happens. The first time was solved by doing a hard reset, but is not a solution due to the fact that it was a couple of weeks ago. This starts to happen after 12.10 update to 935. At the moment I am not able to send any kind of workouts created in Garmin connect, added to the calendar or from TrainingPeaks, basically I can't do any guided workout, very frustrating. Hard reset is a major trouble and to much time consuming to be performed twice a month. NOT ACCEPTABLE.

    I was also advised to do a hard reset by garmin support. An hour later and it is still going...................... FFS
  • I would suggest to try all possible ways to sync the workouts. I had problems too with syncing from GCM but it did work when I sent them directly from GC (just cancel when it says to open Garmin Express).

    Also had the case where a flawed sync of a segment prevented workouts from being synced. Deleted the segment from the list of pending syncs in GC and workouts starting syncing again.

    A good way to check what is wrong is in the GCM app, there is a synchronization log. Not really readable for non technical people but give it a try or post it here.
