Hi I dont understand why but after many monthes, now my sync’ take lot of time, by Bluetooth or Wifi. There is no reason, syncronization finish well so what have changed ?!? *** please
In the Devices screen in the app, is there a text ("Sending software update") above the progress bar, and is the app using up a lot of data? In that case it might be a 'stuck' update of the software or settings, which you can resolve by syncing via Garmin Express.
Hi, this happened to my device as well, I think there's a post about it in GCM forum. For me the reason was found never. I "solved" it by a master reset, since then (a couple of months ago) all is fine. You might give it a try.
Have you guys tried clearing out old activities? Once they are uploaded to GCM (and whatever other site you use), there isn't much need to keep most activities on the device.
Plus, I've seen cases where old activities get corrupted and then keep any activities from being uploaded. Clearing out old activities shouldn't be necessary as it is supposed to handle this gracefully, but from my experience, there are often issues with this.
Hi thx for helps. if it can helps, when I go on watch : parameters > system > software update Ive got a « GPS update » available If I go down to do it, Ive got a message « failed to update please retry ». maybe its the rootcause throug bluetooth because its trying to update but fails ? still got the issue :(
Are you able to update the watch with Garmin Express? That way the update won't be pending anymore and the app will stop trying to send the update that is queued for your device.
