Help! How do I modify watch faces downloaded from Connect IQ?

Hello, I am a Garmin noob. Just got a 935 and I downloaded some watch faces from Connect IQ onto my 935. The watch faces say you can modify/change what data is shown. How do I do this? I want to show HR and calories instead of elevation... Do I modify what data is shown on my watch, phone or online? I can't see how to do it. The watch faces I want to modify the data shown are: ActiFace, GearMin, Digicwatch and some others. Help please :)

CIQ apps, including watchfaces, are often configured using your phone or Garmin Express.

Usually via the Garmin app on a phone. Click on the device (935)>Activities & App Management>Watch Faces>then click on the watch face that you want to modify>Settings.
