I've not found the training status that useful either, but the training load seems to work well enough. (I typically look at similar metrics on sites other than Garmin's though.)

Yep the training load is a useful metric however it would be useful if it gave you a predicted trend line i.e. what the load would like the following day and so on.

Agree, it's strange they don't do that. I much prefer Polar's implementation of this, or SportTracks.mobi, or Runalyze, or or or.... :)
  • Hi folks,

How are we now with implementing this feature onto the FR935 or any other watches whatsoever?

Many metrics are used in these watches and it seems that they are not helping at all (from above posts). I'm saying in terms of a simplified status of your overall fitness. Can we have that, after all?

I just wish I could get this feature on my FR645. It seems an improvement. Taking into account those metrics, you would only be missing your nutrition. It's a very raw way of analysing, but still, it might give you good insights after a 3 month period. For me, I use Strava to pinpoint how are my efforts. And usually it's spot-on.

I would like to rely on my Garmin device entirely. Come on, Garmin Staff. Work with us. Do you need help? :-)

    Cheers,

    DGJ

I can see the Body Battery feature on https://connect.garmin.com.
    I´m using Forerunner 935.
But I can´t see any information, see screenshots
    Do you know why?

I could be wrong but I suspect this is just another non-removable "thing" that isn't necessarily populated in your Garmin account unless you have a compatible device. (much as I'd like to permanently delete "GOLF" as a tab since I never intend to go golfing...I'm stuck with it none-the-less)
  • Hello. Just noticed that "Body Battery" tab is shown for FR645.
But it shows no data. Looks like in the screenshot that user slekk just posted.
  • It would be nice if Garmin add this feuture on fenix 5
