Sleep partially tracked

Hi,

I tend to wake up in the middle of the night for a short period (~30min) and it used to track my sleep pretty well. It now seems ever since updating to 9.60 it only tracks a singe sleep period... I am getting less (*much* less...) sleep than I used to...

Other than that, my FR935 functions as it used to, in all aspects.

Anyone?

Thanks!
  • I think the sleep tracking function is a "fun" activity and not to be taken seriously. It has never been accurate IMO.
  • Agree...how can you measure brain waves from your wrist :) I use a Zeo sleep manager for that and data are completely different.

    Hi,

Just manually edit your wake-up time (easy should you happen to wake up to an alarm), and you'll notice that the watch recorded your sleep just fine. With a 3-months-old newborn my 935 has a hard time getting my wake-up time right on most mornings but I simply adjust it manually when needed, and voilá, the tracking is always spot on with.
Sleeping in is another thing sleep tracking has a hard time with, but you just have to set your wake-up to a ballpark time of when you got up and you'll get a correct reading for that night. Put your times back right afterwards, and the tracked sleep will still be fine.
