I bought my wife a new Forerunner 935 and have tried to set it up for her but it won't update the firmware past 8.0. I've tried manually updating the firmware to both the normal releases and betas but nothing happens when I unplug the phone from the computer (no opportunity to accept the update). I've tried various firmware, toggling "auto update" on the watch, and a few other random ideas but nothing seems to work so far. Help?
Edit: Garmin Express says that the watch is up to date. Both Garmin Express and the watch itself say that the firmware is 8.0.
