Extracting Swim FIT file from Triathlon?

I used the Tri setting today (well copied and made phase 1 a pool swim).

The watch miscounted one length, is there a way to extract just the swim fit file from the multi sport fit file on Garmin connect so that swimmingwatchtools.com can do it's magic?

hi Greg,

Attach the tri file and I'll extract the swim portion using the Fit File Repair Tool.

thanks Mike, unfortunately when I load it into this site http://swimmingwatchtools.com and try to "split" the length where it misses a lap I get this error:

Unexpected error has been logged, Contact developer or Upload new file
