Watch freeze after synced with Garmin Express

Hello guys,

I'm using F935 for 8 months.

Every time I connect my F935 to my Garmin Express, F935 freeze for the most of time.
I have to force shutdown (hold light - power button for about 15-20 secs) and turn it on again to use.

Device: F935 APAC
F935 Software versions: From 5.xx to 7.xx
Garmin Express: From 5.xx to 6.0.0.0
Computer: Macbook
OS: macOS high sierra

Just don't know why. This issue happened a lot of times.
Some of my friends face this issue too.

Does anyone have any ideas for this?

Been commented and reported for many months now. Search through earlier posts and you'll find your answers. Garmin might get is sorted eventually.
