Hello,

I got super inspired by a recent audio book (extreme ownership, navy seal war and business tips, pretty cool).
My whole life I might as well admit it, I am or was a late person, need me there at 9:00 sure ill try to get there by 9:15 etc

So these last few months I have been hitting the GYM 4am onwards as per Jocko Willink, this guy basically gave me my life by his book.

I am down from 233lb (105.687) (6foot2) to hovering around 215lb (97lb).

I have replaced my Steel HR and scales with the best solution I can find, Garmin 935 (love the yellow) and index scale, I have also picked up the foot pod.

Using an IPhone 6 (IPhone X due in 10 days or so)

So far I am aware I really need to get off the tread mill and calibrate the footpad. Ideally I also run completely through the manual.

For my situation of using the watch for a morning gym session (smash it up 2hours) and then during the day in the office, what would be the best way to use the watch to help me trim down and get a grip of my fitness.

Big bruce lee fan so although I have swapped out the yellow strap for the black, appreciate the yellow, no way as way :-)

TOO LONG DID NOT READ CLIFF NOTES:

Dude (6.2foot 215 Target weight 205) is hitting GYM with a Garmin 935 has a foot pod, how can he set up his watch to better display nice stuff nice to see when running or working out, like calories burnt, speed? heart rate? set alerts once a calorie amount has been reached or count down calories required to be burnt? What are some tips for watch use in a GYM?

Also just want to say I absolutely love the watch, it feels zero weight on the wrist and I am grateful to a few you tubers which pointed me towards this brand / model... excellent watch guys, thanks!
