Power saving countdown messed up?!

Just wondering how the Power Saving Mode is working and what it does?

Never get a countdown after an (GPS-)activity or so. But sometimes, during my defined sleeptimes and DND-mode on, I suddenly get a Power Saving Countdown, combined with vibration alerts.

This is annoying, as this makes no sense to me. Maybe you can clarify, what exactly this power saving means and how it is triggered? Thank you in advence!

    Low Power Mode is when the clock is showing or you are using widgets. If you are not in LPM then after a period of inactivity the watch with try and put you back in this mode. You should get the countdown after a GPS activity if you haven?t gone back to the clock screen. If you press back until you see the clock then that invokes LPM. I guess if you press start when you are in DND then after a period of time you will get the countdown. Do you think you are accidentally pressing start? One way to make sure you aren?t is to lock the keys.

    I've always wondered what the power save timeout does because it doesn't seem to act differently no matter which way I set it. I used to get the countdown timer on my 920xt but not on my 935.

    Well never mind my previous comment. I did a little test and set it to normal and then brought up the Run profile and let it sit there. It did eventually start the countdown timer. I had just never seen that before. I always had mine set to extended because of waiting for races to start.
