Problems downloading workouts from the Training Peaks Connect IQ app

Hi, since a couple of days ago I am having problems to download my workouts from Training Peaks to my Forerunner 935 using the Connect IQ app. It seems that the Forerunner is connected to my iPhone and starts downloading the workout of the day but then I just get the screen showed in the attached picure and it doesn't change until I press any button in the Forerunner. I have already reset the Forerunner but it didn't solve the problem. Any ideas on how to solve this? Thanks! ciq.forums.garmin.com/.../1244343.jpg
  • Go to the app store, find that app, and on the right side you'll see "Contact Developer". You'll want to use that if you are having a problem with a CIQ apps in general. The developer likely won't see a post in one of the forums

I have the same issue. Have you found the solution?

Try removing old workouts from the watch to free up some space. I had this issue when I started a GC training plan and then transitioned everything to Training Peaks. Once I emptied the Workouts folder from the watch the Training Peaks app worked again.

Correct, 935 can only hold 25 workouts on device. Once the number has reached, TP's CIQ app will not be able to download/add the workout to the device. So you have to remove workouts manually every few weeks.
