Hello, just bought my first Garmin wearable ( forerunner 935) on holiday in Miami and I'm trying to create a monthly target for walking and hiking for 100 km. Any ideas how to Do this either on the Connect app or online? I want the plan to start over each month.
if the monthly target is what you're looking for then goals should do it indeed.
if you're looking for a specific daily distance or varied training (fast/slow walking) then look at workouts and training plans. (I think you can't use "hike" as sport for those though)
