HR/Power zones keep overwriting (Online/GCM/Watch) help

So i'm turning here before I go and give Garmin a call about this but i'm getting an annoying bug across the spectrum with something overwriting my zones. Just a list of devices I own that take into consideration this data:

Forerunner 935
Vivosmart HR
Index Scale

As I understand it, all data should be imputed 1st online which then filters down to GCM and then finally on the watch. So, if whatever you have saved online should be the final say on information and everything else will correlate with that. That is not happening. What i'm getting are the zones I am setting online save and then somewhere down the line these zones reset that to an incorrect set of numbers (basically, the RHR resets and the max HR does as well). This is happening with ALL my sport profiles, even my run LTHR resets (actual lactate threshold is 168, keeps resetting to 165 and I don't know why. The last time I saw that value was 4 months ago...on a different watch that I don't own or have connected to my account anymore). As I can tell the only places in the whole ecosystem of Garmin where I can set ALL my zones are either the website or the watch directly. GCM it seems can only set my secondary HR (which also does not allow me to set my RHR at all there or change the what zone to base on; but on the watch and website I CAN set the RHR). I have that particular zone to %HHR and that one seems to stick, but every other zone is wrong. Whenever the reset happens it affects the website AND the watch (even after I reset the values on the website and sync them to the watch), within seconds they just go back to these numbers. The only way these values seem to stick for any amount of time is if I manually reset them in the watch, only then do they stay for a bit. Eventually they are forced back into the incorrect values and I have to do it all over again.

My question is, has anyone figure a way to keep this from happening? I've done things like removed all devices and re-connected them, deleted the app from phone and reinstalled it (while removing connected devices and re-connecting them). Nothing works. Any info or link to a way to troubleshoot would be appreciated.
