I have a race coming up where my pace range will be very high, down to 25 min/mile in some sections and up to 7 min / mile in some sections and I am wondering the bast way to track my pace against my target paces for the various sections of the course. Any good ideas on this?
Yes, but what about creating multiple courses (one for each segment), where each course would have its own average speed. Then combining those courses into a single course? (Or alternatively, splitting a single course into multiple courses, then following the same process)
If each segment has its own target pace, wouldn't that work?
