Hello,

I went to do a physical resistance test at the hospital today, so I took the opportunity to try the run mode carpet to make a comparison. I unfortunately not recorded, is it possible to recover? Because I still see in "connect" that I carried out an activity today. I would be very happy to find him.

Thanks to all of you.

Just for information, the data provided by the analysis of the watch are very accurate with those given by the hospital. Expl: VOmax 935 = 43, Hospital = 43.55 and lactact: 935 = 163, hospital = 164. However this test was done in a very hot and very dry room, not ideal to be in good condition along the test.
  • Presume you were wearing the watch at the time but just did not record it as an actual run?

It may have picked it up as a Move IQ event. Check in GC in your daily summary.

Interesting about the stats! Out of interest, what was the test protocol here? Did you actually run to "max" on a treadmill or was it some sort of sub maximal extrapolation like the 935 gives us.
  • Hello TIM,

Yes I was wearing the 935 and I run the carpet run mode, I stopped 10 seconds later at the end of the test and like a fool ;-) talking to the doctor I canceled the recording, of course At the same time I did aps and once in my car I was :-(.
The test was done with the aim of knowing my current physical condition, because I would like to do a 20km with as obgective to do it in 1h50 or less of 2h and I did not want to start without knowing my level. However, I found that my cardio settings were +/- identical to the final result. I did not manage a max, it was like your said an extrapolation. But I was surprised at the result, I did not expect it. In the apps connect "statistic health - cardio frequency, to date today, it is mentioned a running run. So I thought it might be possible to recover it.
