Tool for copying activities to the computer

Hi,
everyone who needs to transfer the newest activities to the computer may use my small Foxrunner tool for windows.

Screenshot

Just click at the foxrunner icon and set the destination path by clicking on the systray icon and choosing "Set destination path..." from the popup menu, that's it.
When your forerunner will be connected to your computer for charging, the program will copy all new activities to the chosen directory in the background.

Have fun.
  • BTW Puffolino, I already have my own tooling (very specific as my data is from all kinds of devices and collected over 18 years), but I appreciate your work a lot! It's important to have alternatives for locally managed data. Even if there were a cloud platform to accommodate all of my functional needs, with all the right guarantees as to privacy and safety, there is no guarantee as to what happens in a few years time.
  • I'm not able to download this foxrunner. Where can I do this ? Not possible thst link. I use currently garmin backup (only mac version) but I'd like try this on Windows. Thank u on advance.
  • Hope these linkes will work for you... ;)
    • Foxrunner 32-Bit Version
    • Foxrunner 64-Bit Version

In this version you are able to do automatic EPO-updates and you are also able to define a default device (could be useful when you have mutiple devices).

    Have fun.

Thank you, PUFFOLINO thank you so much, I appreciate your work a lot! I'll try carefully (64bit) the menu "File conversion" - all 4 options ... :) particularly "include extended data" . (?)
My Mac OS app does not have these options.
    Again Thank you. LF
  • LF, by changing the "extended data" option, you'll influence the output when converting fit files to the GPX format. I can't remember which additional data will be included then (maybe the heart rate and altitude), you need to try it. The setting has no impact for the FIT files.
