Forerunner 920xt looping on start screen

Hello !

I cannot start my Forerunner 920XT. It loops on start Screen without booting completely.

I tried many things :

- Trying to switch on when it is plugged 

- Hard reboot

- Empty the battery

When it is plugged to my computer (macOS), I cannot see it on Finder or in Garmin Express. I cannot even see it on bluetooth on my Garmin Connect app.

Did someone face this kind of problem?

    Try a master reset (sets device to factory settings). Requires a bit of dexterity.

    • Power off device by holding the power button for 30 seconds until the screen goes black.
    • After device is fully powered off, hold 2 right buttons simultaneously.
    • Press and release power for 1 second
    • Wait for 1st beep, then release top button.
    • Wait for 2nd beep, then release bottom button.
    • If successful, you will be prompted for language.
    • Follow the remaining on-screen prompts for initial setup.

    Thank you for your answer.

    i don’t know if it is because I disabled beeps during navigation but I can’t here them.

    I tried to do that but unfortunately, it didn’t work :-(

    Disabling navigation beeps has no impact during the reset process. If I get a chance tomorrow, I'll create a video of how it's done.

    Thank for having taken time to record this video.

    Unfortunately, it doesn’t work for me. It is like it is rebooting before first beep
