Multisport file not syncing, upload not supported, fitfilerepair tool shows empty activity

Hi! My Forerunner 735xt neither syncs nor uploads my newest multisport activity (attached). After reading through the forum, I downloaded the fitfilerepair tool.

Unfortunately, after the upload and supposed repair the whole tool doesnt show any data at all. Am I doing something wrong?

Fixed using Fit File Repair Tool

It was showing the data, but the data was all shifted to a mysterious Session 6.

I shifted it all back and adjusted the session assignments based on the session timestamps.

It is often the case where HRM-Pro, Pro Plus, Tri, or Swim will corrupt activity fit files.

Use the HRM download feature only after an activity where it was not possible to wear the watch
Update the HRM firmware Updating Software on the HRM-Pro/Pro Plus
During the HRM-Pro download process keep the strap and watch in close proximity
If issues persist even after the firmware update, contact Garmin Support
