I think my 735xt has a serious problem and am looking for advice on how to revive it.
It has a watch face loaded called Clean Analogue and this has worked fine for the last 4 months.
Problems started a few days ago with the screen becoming frozen. I powered it off and on again and now the screen looks like in the attached photo. I connected it to the charger and have given it time for the battery to charge but this has not fixed it.
The down button does not feel right. It does not click when pressed like the other buttons do. 
I have been swimming with it recently, in fresh water.
On a few occasions the screen has come back and looks like it should, but this does not last long.
I thought that the watch face I loaded on it could be the problem so uninstalled it by using Garmin Connect. However this had not resolved the issue.
Garmin Connect sees the watch and can connect to it.
Any suggestions? Do I try a hard reset or anything else?
