Can I link my Garmin heart rate CHEST strap to my forerunner 735xt? If yes, how?

I don't find the wrist strap accurate on the 735xt - I do have a Garmin chest strap that I would like to link it with the watch - does anyone know how to link the two so I can get a bit more accuracy? Thank

"Menu"->"Settings"->"Sensors & Accessories"->"Add new". Please note, that you have to wear the strap for the pairing process.
