Disable e-mail and calendar notifications, but keep text messages for iPhone IOS 14

I only want to get text messages and phone call notifications on my Forerunner 735XT. I can't find a way to disable e-mail, calendar, and other app notifications. It seems with the notifications it's all or nothing. Anyone have any suggestions?

You can select the apps in Connect Mobile.

I tried everything I could think of doing on both the watch and connect, I don’t see the option to select different apps. I have a 735XT and an iPhone. I search for YouTube videos and came up short too. Can you be more specific?

Okay, I use Android. There I select Settings in the menu, Notifications, App-Notifications. There I can choose the apps.

Yeah, I saw that on the YouTube videos. Since Apple has a closed system and tries to control everything, you can’t use the app. It kind of sucks. Thanks for trying to help!
