Forerunner 735 XT not responding to charging, switching on, laptop recognition - just has GARMIN on the screen !

Please can anyone suggest how to fix this as tried connecting to laptop and not recognising my device.

Tried soft reset doesn't work

Cable tested and fine.

USB connection checked and fine.

Had it just over the two years and gutted that it appears broken.

Everything started gong wrong following it going down a few weeks ago !

Mine too. Tried soft reset, hard reset and master reset. Now stuck on garmin logo screen and won’t respond to anything ...

The batteries can go bad after 2-3 years or it could develop a leak. I suggest calling Garmin support.

I've got this same problem, but only had it for a few months! Did you find a solution?

No! My watch is less than a year old, they haven’t replied to my query yet...five days on... I’m not impressed so far!

I realised that when you initially connect the watch via cable to the computer it takes good time to get recognized

sometimes it takes 5s sometimes 2m
